ROYALTY CHAFERS DELIVERY FEE & SCHEDULE
1. Delivery and Pickup Schedule
Standard Delivery Time Window: Between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on the event date.
Standard Pickup Time Window: Between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on the agreed return date.
By default, pickups are scheduled for the day following your event. For events requiring Same-Day removal, we also offer:
Same-Day Pickup (before 8:00 PM)
Same-Day LATE NIGHT Pickup (after 8:00 PM)
All deliveries and pickups are handled by Royalty Chafers staff. Customers are NOT permitted to transport the chafers themselves.
2. Delivery Fees by Zip Code
Delivery fees are determined based on the zip code of the delivery location. Find your zip code in the chart below to determine the delivery cost:
If your zip code is not listed, please contact us directly for a delivery quote. Delivery fees will be applied at the time of booking.
3. Same-Day and Late-Night Pickup Additional Fees
For events at venues that require immediate removal of the Equipment after the event, we offer same-day pickup services:
Same-Day Pickup (before 8:00 pm): No additional cost
Same-Day LATE NIGHT Pickup (after 8:00 pm): $10 additional fee
These services must be requested at the time of booking.
4. Extended Rental Fees
If the Equipment is not ready for pickup at the scheduled time and must remain at the location for an additional day, an extra rental day fee of $20 per chafer will be applied.
5. Weather Protection and Safe Access Requirements
Equipment must be accessible at the scheduled delivery and pickup times. Royalty Chafers staff require clear access to the event location for loading and unloading.
Equipment must be kept in a secure, weather-protected area. If access is restricted or unsafe, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Delivery or Pickup
Delivery and pickup times must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup to avoid additional fees.
