Each rental includes the chafer frame, water pan, and a silver inner bowl. Fuel is not included but can be added upon request for an additional fee.

Standard delivery and pickup times are between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. If you need Same-Day or Same-Day LATE NIGHT pickup, additional fees apply. Be sure to confirm your pickup needs when booking.

We understand plans can change. You can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the event. For more information, see our Rental Contract.

Our typical pickup occurs the next morning between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, so there’s no need to extend the rental if next-day pickup is sufficient.
However, for venues that require same-day pickup and where you’ve scheduled a specific LATE NIGHT pickup, please contact us as soon as possible if the event runs later than planned. We can adjust the pickup time for you.

Yes, we offer packages for both homes and venues. For venues that require immediate removal of the chafers after the event, flexible pickup options are available.

Yes, we accept last-minute bookings as long as they are made at least one day in advance. This ensures we have enough time to check availability and prepare for delivery. If you need chafers urgently, please book as soon as possible to secure your rental.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
